A low-alcohol (5-7% by volume) beverage saturated with carbon dioxide is
obtained by fermenting apple juice.

Saidanaa offers a completely dry cider with no residual sugar, produced
naturally with no filtration and no yeast added. Our cider is naturally
carbonated: We bottle before fermentation finishes and let the process
complete inside the bottles.
